Description :APWA Educational Workshop in partnership with the Workshop: Meeting New Permit Requirements for Presented by ~ When ~ ~ Where ~ Jill Bicknell, P.E., EOA Inc. is the Assistant Program Manager for SCVURPPP for over 25 years. Her current focus is assisting municipalities with the implementation of permit requirements for control of stormwater pollution from new and redevelopment activities, including low-impact development and green infrastructure techniques.
